J Brownlee’s Boardman AiR

Today we take a closer look at the Boardman AiR 9.8 of ITU World Triathlon Series San Diego winner Jonathan Brownlee. Despite being a phenomenal runner he kept pushing the bike most of the race, giving his sponsor Boardman some very nice airtime.

His bib number in San Diego was a very low 47, and that was so unusual for this superb athlete that he almost ran past his bike towards the single digit bike locations when he came out of the water. But he quickly recovered and rode a fantastic race.
