Bell and Handel on top in Racine
Luke Bell won the 2008 Spirit of Racine triathlon and showed that he is clearly coming back into form. Joe Gambles finished second and David Thompson finished third thanks in part to his very spectacular 2:07:29 bike split. Kelly Handel took the women's title as she ran away from Rebekah Witinik-Huber in the final half marathon. Haley Cooper rounded out the podium.
