What We Have Noticed: Rasmus Henning …
In this edition of What We Have Noticed we look at Rasmus Henning's book Pro Chasing The Dream, the Aquasphere K180 goggles, the K-Edge Garmin mount and a Kris Gemmell Olympic training day video.
Rasmus Henning Pro Chasing The dream
What: Pro Chasing The dream is a book by Rasmus Henning about a year long journey to the 2011 Ironman World Championships in Kona. Henning had a terrible race in 2010, where everything that could go wrong did go wrong, and in his book you can learn how he bounced back and kept his mind on what is actually possible versus what could have been. We all can learn something from this book.

Aquasphere K180
What: We all like to see in and under water and with the 180 degree vision of the Aquasphere K180 goggles that is certainly no concern. The K180 goggles come with 3 interchangeable nose bridges, are available in a few different styles and fit quite nicely. Plus they are very sleek.
Lens options: Clear / Smoke
MSRP: $24.95

K-Edge Garmin mount
What: The K-Edge Garmin mount is a very nifty gadget for your bike that allows you to place your expensive Garmin head unit in front of your handlebars. While it looks very aero and clean, the biggest advantage of this position is actually that you don’t have to look as far back to see the display. Plus in case of an unfortunate crash, the head unit appears to be much safer in that spot versus the traditional on top of the bars placement. The beautiful CNC-machined mount fits 31.8mm bars and is compatible with the Garmin Edge 200, 500 and 800.
Colors: Black, Red, Gunmetal

Kris Gemmell Olympics
What: This beautiful video of a Kiwi Olympian Kris Gemmell training day was created by Mike Heydon of Jet Photography NZ and with the Olympics getting on the way today in London this is well worth a look or two. The event itself takes place on August 7th and we wish him and all the other athletes on that day well, but for now enjoy this video.
