Fuji Norcom Straight unveiled
Fuji finally unveiled the long hyped Norcom Straight bike today in Boulder, CO and our man Timothy Carlson was there to take a closer look at a Norcom Straight 1.1. Teaser videos have been floating around for a few weeks now and a Matty Reed, Cam Dye and Sara McLarty rode on Norcoms at St. Anthony's Triathlon a few days ago, but let us look now at this D6 follow up bike.

The front brake cable slips under the Oval bar into a headtube hidden space.
The rear brake housing and the Shimano Di2 wire disappear into a cable port behind the headset.
TRP integrated brakes are hidden behind the fork and the downtube is brought close to the front wheel.
The view from below shows how the cable enters from the top and meets the brake behind the fork.
A 3/4 perspective of the Norcom Straight gives another view of that headtube of this new TT bike.
The Oval front end with Shimano Di2 shifting.
The seat cluster appears to be much narrower than the one on the D-6. Oval 981 carbon clincher wheels are stock on this bike.
UCI approval sticker – check, and the bolt to fasten the seat posts.
Di2 battery attaches behind the post which uses the increasingly popular great adjusting Ritchey 1-Bolt fastening system.
The integrated TRP brakes for the rear are under the chainstays and are wind protected by a shroud.
The Shimano Dura-Ace crank partially hides the TRP brake.
