Rachel Joyce talks Kona 2013
British Pro triathlete Rachel Joyce talked to slowtwitch about her 2nd place finish at the 2013 GoPro Ironman World Championships. Joyce had a fine swim, rode aggressively in the front group and led the race until mile 14, but the fast running Mirinda Carfrae charged past her at that spot and took the title. The 2013 runner-up spot was the best finish to date for Joyce but she is capable of taking the win too.
