2013 Namur WC women
American Katie Compton prevented the comeback of Marianne Vos at the Namur Word Cup and here is another muddy gallery by Tom Prenen. The sun was shining a bit while the women raced but the conditions were still not too kind.
Katie Compton took charge of the race late and gained a nice advantage.
Everybody seemed relaxed at the start, and oh so clean and tidy.
Marianne Vos led Eva Lechner and Nikki Harris on the first lap.

At this point of the race Marianne Vos was still in the lead but Katie Compton was closing in.

Marianne Vos was about 40 seconds behind and Nikki Harris another handful behind.
Eva Lechner finished fourth.
