A new Orbea Orca is launched

Basque brand Orbea introduced a new Orca road race bike at the Press Camp in Deer Valley, Utah and here are the first images of this distinctive machine. It comes in a variety of component configurations and colorways, including a stealth black one, but we see those offerings all the time so we opted to photograph this slightly more colorful option. The Orca starts at $2,999 and goes all the way up to $11,000, and this mechanical Dura-Ace model is somewhere in the middle.

Orbea's goal for the new Orca was to make it lighter and stiffer. Welcome to the club.

The seat cluster of the Orca is also very different from before and now features a slimmed down external seat post clamp.
