After thousands of age groupers set the table with their 7 AM start, the pros had the roads and trails clear for their 9:22 start at another sizzling fast Boulder Peak 5i50 contest for a $35,000 purse. When the action was concluded, Helle Frederiksen and Matt Chrabot prevailed – and a good time was had by all.

Mark Bowstead of New Zealand ran 34:28 on his way to a 1:53:33 4th place pro finish.

Drew Scott rode a tied-for-4th-best 58:19 bike split on his way to 14th overall.
Lauren Goss was not at all satisfied with her 1:06:09 bike split and 3rd place finish.
Helle on Wheels! Helle Frederiksen put the rest of the women's field away with a race-best 1:02:24 bike split.
Matt Chrabot led the pro men with a race-best 56:14 bike split on his way to a winning 1:49:13 finish.
Radka Vodickova ran 10 seconds faster than Helle Frederiksen, but it was not nearly enough to overcome the Danish star’s dominant bike split.
Jimmy Seear of Australia ran 33:46 on his way to his second straight runner-up finish at Boulder Peak.
Long time ITU star Brad Kahlefeldt of Australia was not on his A-game – he ran 33:47 on his way to 5th place.
Kyle Leto displays excellent run form on his way to 7th place.
Matt Chrabot added to his lead with a race-best 32:49 run split.
Kevin Collington ran 33:47 on his way to 3rd place.
Matt Chrabot was the only man to break 1:50:00 on this day.
