The 2010 Rev3Tri Knoxville
The 2010 Rev3Tri Knoxville is in the books and Matty Reed and Julie Dibens were dominant winners. The race was very well run and the winding, technical bike segment made for a very fair race. Especially the pro field was spread apart nicely and there were some impressive performances both by the athletes and the crew.

Matty Reed arrived fairly late but he was ready in a heartbeat.
69.4 degree water temps meant no wetsuit for the pros, 50 degree air temps made it a rather cool affair.

Cameron Dye and Brian Fleischmann were first and second out of the water.
Pip Taylor led the women out of the water and had quite a good bike split too.
But it was Brit Julie Dibens who would rocket soon into the lead.
Apart from a couple motor bikes, no one else really got that close-up view of Bjorn Andersson.
Chris Lieto was cold the first half of the bike but warmed up nicely on the second half.
Bjorn Andersson is almost back into T2 at this point.
Chris Lieto chased Bjorn Andersson hard and caught him about with less than 2 miles to run.
Matty Reed though was on fire and overcame the 2:10 deficit to Andersson, and Chris Lieto.
