Swim start here is 7:30am, something that works out here because it stays light until almost 10pm.
Even an Olympic Champion has to do kick board exercises.
A relatively small group on this day awaits further instructions.
Another 6,000 meter swim in the books.
Massage therapist Isabell works those upper body muscles on Frodeno right after the swim.
On the way back to the house a quick stop for some fresh fruit.
Very cool custom Asics shoes with Xtenex laces on the feet of Frodeno.
Getting ready for a run with his Specialized Epic 29er ready for the slowtwitch paparazzi.
Beautiful trails near the Olympic training center.
Frodeno met up with Roland Knoll for this run.
The champion is already thinking about the rest of the day and all the things still to do.
But first a bit of stretching.
On the way to lunch.
Usually Frodeno eats gluten free, but here and there exceptions are made.
Two bagels and a set of scrambled eggs get the engine running.
Frodeno's Specialized Venge outside the BrunchBox with the Champ still inside enjoying his lunch.
But now it is time to ride for 2.5 hours.
If Fabian Cancellara can do it, so can Jan Frodeno.
Time to say good bye to Jan Frodeno.
