Canadian police officer Andrew Armstrong won the M40-44 age group at Ironman 70.3 Mont Tremblant not really during the swim, bike or run, but in transition. Without the fast transitions he would have been third.
Victor Del Corral and Helena Erbenova won the XTERRA Switzerland Championships that was weather forced to be a run-bike-run duathlon.
