Bjorn Andersson has quite some trying times behind him and hopes to jump start this year at a race where he holds the course record. Bjorn will return to Norseman – a race he won in 2005 under very difficult conditions.

Sebastian Kienle’s race best bike and run splits helped him capture the 2012 Sparkassen City Triathlon Heilbronn powered by Audi in 2:48:25. Eva Wutti captured the women’s title in 3:14:34.
Alistair Brownlee dominated the ITU Kitzbühel World Triathlon Series event with superb efforts during the swim, bike and run. His younger brother Jonathan finished second and Javier Gomez grabbed third.
