In mid February Lance Armstrong challenged Chris Lieto to a TT showdown on the Queen K and won by 9 seconds. The two will meet again during the stage 7 TT of the 2010 Amgen Tour of California. But who will take round 2?
At the 2010 Rohto Ironman 70.3 California, Mitch Hall recorded the fastest age group time in 4:15:16 and placed 15th overall. Not bad for a 38-year old Navy Seal who has spent quite a bit of time in Afghanistan.

Luke McKenzie added another feather to his cap by winning the 2010 Busselton Half Ironman with a very strong performance. Lisa Marangon was dominant in the women’s race and held off Kate Bevilaqua by 5 minutes.
Austrian Michael Weiss rode away from the field and closed out his day with a sub 3 hour run to win the inaugural Ironman St. George. Heather Wurtele took the women’s race and has now two Ironman titles to her name.
