2014 Interbike – day 3

It is our third day of the 2014 Interbike coverage, but the first day inside the Mandalay Bay convention center. We saw bikes, gear, and gadgets.

Louis Garneau has dabbled with bikes for a while now, but it appears that they are taking it very serious now.

The Fly6 taillight and camera has gotten smaller and manages to have a longer battery life.

The new blueseventy Helix features a new pattern and new graphics, and I liked what I saw.

The ISM PN 1.1 features the same narrow profile like the Attack but with softer padding and a lower retail at $149.95

ISM also showed a prototype of the PN 2.0, a saddle with a triathlon hook below, and the firmness of the Attack.

The Glide is a brand new dedicated baby jogger from Thule, and this sharp looking jogger retails for $350.

SLS3 is a very small brand, but the passionate crew pits out great stuff.

Rold Prima offers now the Ares 6ES with a few more spokes and a different hub than the standard Ares 6 for $1850.

Felt trickled down technology and the IA4 is the new entry into that world. This complete bike retails for $5,500.

Canadian Jeff Symonds is hanging out at Interbike for some sponsor stuff and to experience Las Vegas.

POC offers the new Cerebel only in one size, but with a good adjustment range that even fits my big head.

POC makes glasses too, and Fiona Swartz from Rock N'Road Cyclery was kind enough to sport the Wonder ones for us.

XLabs patented Aero Pouch 300 holds a bottle and a few tools in an aero way.

I finally got to touch the new Silca floor pump, and it feels very nice.

Josh Poertner with his latest creation.

I love this new Panache cycling kit. Enough fluo, but not too much, and a pattern you do not see everywhere.

The current US Pro champion Eric Marcotte has a triathlon background, and here is his custom painted Wilier.

The race bike of Katie Compton at the CrossVegas venue.

Sven Nys won the men's race and we will have a closeup gallery of this bike soon.
