2014 NAHBS impressions

The 2014 North American Handmade Bike Show is currently taking place in Charlotte, NC and we stopped by to get some impressions. Below are a few snapshots from today and we will have a few detailed bike galleries coming up.

Yu Takei of Sunshine Cycles with one of the most interesting detailed bikes at the show.

Fizik brought several custom to the Handmade Show including this blue Tritone with snakeskin.

Funky handmade cycling caps from All One World on Etsy.

The Zipp SL 270 aero makes a nice impression.

We spotted this 3-speed hub on the World Bicycle Relief Buffalo bike and when the coaster brake is applied it automatically shifts back to first gear.

This Calfee tandem can be uncoupled and be ridden as a single bike. The open coupler spot when used a single can possible hold a fender or other attachment.

Since we were talking about fenders, here are plenty of them.
