Kona 2023 Top 15 Women’s Swimskins
It's time for us to kick off our annual review of the swim, bike, and run things the top professional athletes used at the IRONMAN World Championships in Kona. We're leading off that review with swimskins, then will follow with bike and run later on this week.

It was sailfish that took the top spot in the top 15, with three athletes. It was a wide variety, with Roka, 2XU, Zone3, DeBoer, Quintana Roo, and more also represented in the counts.
