Aernouts, Goos in Antwerp

Bart Aernouts held off Marino Vanhoenacker and Dirk Bockel to win the 2010 Marc Herremans Ironman 70.3 Antwerp. Sofie Goos captured the women’s race and successfully defended her title.

Swiss claim Ironman Switzerland

Ronnie Schildknecht had a dominating performance at the 2010 Ironman Switzerland and has now won this event for the fourth time. Karin Thürig took the women’s title in a time of 9:00:04.

Hoffman, Marsh take Lake Placid

After a 2nd place at Ironman St. George and a couple other close calls, Ben Hoffman takes his first Ironman win at Lake Placid while Amy Marsh’s 13th overall including the men earns her a third Ironman win.

Busy bee Magali Tisseyre

Canadian Magali Tisseyre has had a very busy racing season so far and took wins at Buffalo Springs Lake 70.3 and Moooseman 70.3. The focus now is on World Championships in Clearwater, but first a bit of mellow time.

My relationship with food
