Skagerrak Airport Triathlon
The Skagerrak Airport Triathlon took place in the commercial airport in Skien, Telemark in Norway a few days ago and most of the bike segment and the run happened on the airstrip. Athletes also had to check in at the airport, and post race festivities took place there too. The weather was Norwegian and everyone involved seemed to have a great time. Race winners were Norseman champ Henrik Oftedal and Brita Cecilie Mustad and the event was organized by a local triathlon club.
All images were taken by famed Norseman photographer Jørgen Melau.
