What We Have Noticed: Cerevellum, More Than Sport …

We noticed the Cerevellum digital e-ink mirror, the More Than Sport organization, the wedding of Leanda Cave and Torsten Abel, the engagement of Hillary Biscay and Maik Twelsiek, and a shaving party.

Cerevellum

What: We introduced this digital bicycle computer about a year ago, but it now appears to be ready for prime time, well, for pre-order. The appearance of the unit has been updated, and Cerevellum offers ANT+ compatibility for heart rate and power-measuring systems; and a GPS antenna for a mapping software upgrade in 2012.
Available: Spring 2011
MSRP: $499

More Than Sport

What: More Than Sport is the brainchild of Chris Lieto who wanted to do more with his athletic ability than just compete. Partnered with World Vision and focused on clean water, nutritious food, health care and education, More Than Sport allows you to sponsor a child or be even more involved by becoming an ambassador for the organization while you do sports.

Hillary Biscay and Maik Twelsiek

What: Another international triathlon union is seemingly in the works too with American Pro Hillary Biscay and Germany Commerzbank Team Pro Maik Twelsiek just announcing their engagement. Congratulations Hillary and Maik.

A shaving party

What: To get this son Kaiden ready for a Championship meet, a big shaving party took place at the Lieto home and fun was seemingly had by all involved. Well if dad needs to shave to get ready for an event, it is no surprise that the son wants to emulate his dad. Along those lines, at the kid's triathlon in Kona a few years back, young Kaiden was overheard telling his dad "Dad, I beat Macca's kid."
