This week we stumbled across the Tough Mudder event, the very fine Honey Stinger Waffle, the Kona Demo Days, the Iron Blazeman song and a concert in Kona.

Tough Mudder

What: You may not have heard about Tough Mudder yet because you were to busy racing somewhere to notice this unique challenge. The event folks call it "the toughest one day event on the planet" and tell you to "forget about your finish time." The events are designed by designed by British Special Forces and money going to The Wounded Warrior Project.

What: The new Honey Stinger Waffle is based on stroopwafels, which have been popular in Europe for a long time now, but especially in Netherlands and Belgium. This editor found them to be the best tasting food item at Interbike. Yum.
