Today we kick off our annual 100 runs in 100 days challenge. It is a long virtual camp with the intent of helping you to elevate your run fitness. So come on in and take on this challenge.

American Katie Compton conquered the 2013 Vlaamse Druivencross course and came away with a narrow win. Sanne Cant grabbed the runner-up spot.

World Champion Sven Nys won the Vlaamse Druivencross for the 4th straight time and held off Lars van der Haar and Kevin Pauwels in an exciting race.

Belgian Champion Sanne Cant took the win at the super muddy hansgrohe Superprestige Gavere cyclocross race. Helen Wyman and Nikki Harris finished second and third.

World Champion Sven Nys grabbed a narrow win over German national champion Philipp Walsleben at the very muddy Superprestige Gavere Cyclocross race.

Ironman World Champion Frederik Van Lierde was invited to the Mavic base with other champions who use Mavic products and we accompanied him.

This weekend 17 ACTIVE Network employees will line up at Ironman Arizona and according to ACTIVE that is the largest corporate starting group in any singular Ironman race.
